Turn an Empty Milk Jug into a Sandwich Box

I came across this project at back-to-school season last year and immediately thought of all of the possibilities. You start with a clean, empty gallon milk jug, cut a few places, add a piece of velcro and you have a reuseable sandwich box.



You can also use milk or juice cartons of any size to make reuseable containers.

Recycle that Mint Container!

The next time you head to the trash can to throw out that empty mint tin...stop! Just wash the tin out, and cover the inside and outside of the lid with leftover scrapbook paper scraps. Then fill the tin with either your business cards or the business cards that you collect. This not only recycles a product, but solves an organization dilemma as well!

Bottle Cap Magnets

**Find vintage bottle caps at flea markets or thrift stores, or use the bottle caps from your favorite beverages.

**Hot glue a small magnet inside and use them as refrigerator magnets!
(you can purchase magnets from your local craft or hobby store)

Gift Bows From Recycled Materials

All you need to make these gift bows is magazine pages or other paper, scissors, a hole punch, and a brad. Then with some cutting and looping...viola! A one of a kind gift bow!
